abc7 Terms & Conditions — Rules Governing Use of the Platform

Introduction & Acceptance

abc7 operates an online betting and casino platform accessible at https://abc7.io (the "Platform"). The Platform offers sports betting, live casino games, slots, poker, and related promotional services to eligible users located in Bangladesh and other permitted jurisdictions.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and abc7 (the "Company", "we", "us", or "our") in relation to your use of the Platform. These Terms supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral, between you and the Company in respect of the Platform.

By clicking "I Agree", completing the registration process, or by continuing to access or use the Platform after any amendment to these Terms has been published, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms in full. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for any changes.

The Company reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When a material change is made, the Company will update the "Last Reviewed" date at the top of this document. Continued use of the Platform after such notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of the abc7 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. abc7 operates a strict 21+ policy. Underage gambling is illegal and will result in immediate permanent account closure and forfeiture of any balance held in the account.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity) using the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.
• You must not be acting as an agent, proxy, or representative of any third party when registering or placing wagers.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, or director of abc7, nor an immediate family member of any such person, in respect of any promotional or bonus offer unless explicitly authorised by the Company in writing.
• You must not be located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your participation is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering.
• You must not be self-excluded from the abc7 Platform or any other gambling platform in a manner that would restrict your eligibility to wager.

The Company reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age and identity at any time. Where such evidence cannot be provided within the timeframe specified by the Company, the account will be suspended pending verification, and any pending withdrawals will be placed on hold.

Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one account on the abc7 Platform. Opening or operating multiple accounts (whether in your own name or under a different name, email address, mobile number, device, or IP address) is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Duplicate accounts identified by the Company may be closed without prior notice, and any balances held within them may be voided.

When registering for an abc7 account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information, including but not limited to:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification document.
• Your date of birth.
• Your active mobile number (bKash, Nagad, or Rocket-linked numbers are accepted as primary contact identifiers).
• A valid email address (where applicable).

You agree to promptly update your account information if any of it changes. The Company shall not be held liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

The Company reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for the refusal.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

You agree to notify abc7 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect or become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. The Company will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

The Company strongly recommends that all Players enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on their accounts. While 2FA is optional, its use significantly reduces the risk of unauthorised account access. abc7 will never contact you by phone, email, or live chat to request your password or 2FA code — any such request should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.

Any activity conducted through your account — including all bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawal requests submitted — is your sole responsibility, regardless of whether that activity was authorised by you, unless you have notified the Company of a breach in accordance with this section.

Deposits & Withdrawals

abc7 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (DBBL), Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary from time to time. The Company will endeavour to notify Players of any changes to available payment methods with reasonable advance notice.

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200. Maximum deposit limits may apply per transaction and per rolling 24-hour period, depending on the payment method used.
• Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are typically credited to your abc7 account within seconds of successful transaction confirmation. Delays may occur during periods of high network traffic or where the transaction requires manual review by the Company's fraud monitoring team.
• All deposits must originate from a payment account held in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts will be returned and may result in account suspension pending investigation.
• The Company does not charge a deposit fee, but your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges for which abc7 bears no responsibility.

Withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500. Maximum withdrawal limits may apply per transaction and per rolling 24-hour period.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account held in the same name as the registered abc7 account. The Company will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• Before processing your first withdrawal, the Company will require you to complete identity verification (KYC). This process requires submission of a government-issued photo identification document and, where applicable, proof of address. Failure to complete KYC within the specified timeframe will result in the withdrawal being placed on hold.
• Withdrawal processing times are typically within 24 hours of approval, subject to KYC completion, fraud screening, and payment provider availability.
• The Company reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms, pending investigation.

All transactions on the abc7 Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, symbol ৳). The Company does not accept cryptocurrency deposits or withdrawals.

Bonuses & Promotions

abc7 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL), and ICC tournaments.

All bonuses and promotions are subject to their own specific terms and conditions, which are published alongside each offer at the time of its availability. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless explicitly stated otherwise in the offer-specific terms:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the offer-specific terms. Players must complete the wagering requirement within the validity period of the bonus; unused bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry.
• Game Contributions: Not all game types contribute equally towards wagering requirements. Sports betting, live casino, slots, and table games may each carry a different contribution percentage, which will be specified in the offer-specific terms.
• Maximum Bet Restriction: While a bonus is active in your account, your maximum permissible bet or wager per round or per event is ৳500 (or the equivalent in the applicable game). Bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may result in the cancellation of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may not hold more than one active bonus simultaneously unless explicitly permitted by the offer-specific terms.
• Abuse and Fraud: The Company reserves the right to void bonuses and withhold associated winnings where there is evidence that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, collusion, or any other form of fraudulent activity in connection with a promotional offer.

The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such action does not adversely affect a bonus already credited to a Player's account at the time of the change.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the abc7 Platform are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport, event, or game, as published within the Platform's sportsbook and casino sections. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before placing any bet or wager.

The following general betting and gaming conditions apply across the Platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed. abc7 does not accept requests to cancel, amend, or reverse a bet after it has been accepted by the system, except where an obvious technical error has occurred or where the event in question has been cancelled or voided.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a sporting event or casino game, the Company's records shall be the primary reference. Where an independent adjudicating body (such as the ICC, BCB, or a certified RNG audit body) has issued a ruling, that ruling will be treated as final.
• abc7 reserves the right to void any bet that has been placed on an event where the odds were manifestly incorrect due to a pricing error, human error, or data feed failure. Players will be refunded the stake in such cases.
• All casino games on the Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. • Minimum and maximum stake amounts per bet or per game round are set at the game or market level and will be displayed at the time of placement.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the abc7 Platform. Engaging in any of the following constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and, where applicable, referral to the relevant authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one account, whether in your own name or using false identity information.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any point during the account verification process.
• Using stolen, unauthorised, or third-party payment credentials to make deposits.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of corrupt activity in relation to any sporting event available on the abc7 sportsbook.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, exploit promotions, or otherwise interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or system vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation may be voided.
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live casino, or any other game where player-to-player interaction is present.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other criminal activity. abc7 complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) frameworks and will report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing abc7 staff, support agents, or other Players via any communication channel.

Intellectual Property

All content available on the abc7 Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, databases, text, graphics, logos, game assets, audio, video, interface designs, and the overall look and feel of the Platform — is the exclusive property of abc7 or its licensed third-party providers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of abc7.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of any software forming part of the Platform.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on any third-party website or application without express written permission.
• Remove, obscure, or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights notices displayed on the Platform.

Any unauthorised use of the Platform's intellectual property will result in termination of your account and may result in civil or criminal legal action.

Privacy & Data

The collection, storage, processing, and use of your personal data by abc7 is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and should be read alongside them. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and accept the Privacy Policy in full.

abc7 processes personal data for purposes including account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, payment processing, customer support, and, where you have opted in, marketing communications. Your data will not be sold to or shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

You have the right to request access to the personal data held about you, to request correction of inaccurate data, and to request deletion of your data subject to applicable legal retention requirements. Such requests should be submitted in writing to [email protected].

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, abc7, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in odds, prices, or game outcomes resulting from data feed failures or technical errors, provided that the Company acts promptly to correct such errors upon becoming aware of them.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit abc7's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. abc7 makes no warranties, express or implied, as to the fitness of the Platform for any particular purpose, its uninterrupted availability, or its freedom from errors or malicious software.

Amendments

abc7 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Reviewed" date. Where the Company considers a change to be material, it will endeavour to notify active Players via email or an in-Platform notification at least 14 days before the change takes effect.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to close your account and withdraw any remaining balance.

Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which abc7 is incorporated and operates.

In the event of a dispute between you and abc7 that cannot be resolved through the Company's standard complaints procedure, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before initiating any formal legal proceedings. Nothing in this clause shall restrict either party from seeking urgent interim or injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect their legitimate interests.
